GAZTAK is first and foremost a cheese bar: raclette is served in the relaxed atmosphere of a true neighbourhood bar, with draught beers, easy-drinking wines and cocktails, with or without alcohol. The rest of the winter menu follows suit: Mont d’Or AOP baked with vin jaune, reblochonnade, beef and cheese skewers, and of course our farmhouse cheese and artisan charcuterie boards. Something for everyone, even those who aren’t raclette fans.
