Opened in 2022 on rue Voltaire, GAZTAK has become an Agen institution. People come for farmhouse cheeses, raw-milk whenever possible, from France and beyond, and artisan charcuterie served on sharing boards. At the bar: draught beers, easy-drinking wines and cocktails, with or without alcohol.
